Chapter 18

( Eva’s POV )

I don't know for how long I was unconscious. When I opened my eyes I was again in the same white hospital room. How many times this is happening with me? I don't know. I tried to sit back but the thing that shocked me was the person beside me who was holding my hand. This has never happened before... Kane! Why he is here and most importantly why is he sleeping while holding my hand? I took my hand out of his hand and that made him wake up. What happened to me? And then I remembered I was in kitchen at night to get water and I fainted there and then.

“Are you awake? How are you feeling now?” he asked and I ignored and I sat back and he helped me while adjusting the pillow and softly making me sit. What is wrong with him? He got me a glass of water and I drank it.

“How many days this time I was unconscious for?” I asked and he looked confused at me.

“Just few hours. It is just morning 6 A.M
