Chapter 108. Two Bodies, One Soul

"What the hell is going on here?"

A voice interrupted the severe conversation between Albert and Ryn. They turned their heads, passing their eyes in the direction from which the sound came. Mike was walking hurriedly towards them.

"Oh my Gosh! Miss Ryn!" exclaimed Mike. The man swung his legs faster with a strained look on his face. "Why didn't you call me if Miss Ryn was awake? Move! Give me some space!" Mike said in a slightly high tone, asking Albert to step aside so he could check on the girl's condition.

"Your bullshit worked," Albert said, unconcerned by Mike, who looked slightly annoyed at him.

"What?" The Alpha's words made Mike, who had a stethoscope in his ear, turn to him. "What did you say?" he repeated.

"I kissed her, and it worked. She woke up," Albert said.

Mike's hands hung in the air. Albert's words stunned him, but a moment later, the man laughed.

"Your jokes aren't hilarious, Alpha Albert! I'm glad Miss Ryn is final
