25. It's a Date

"So, it's a date?" asked Evan.

Date? Liana winked, confused by what Evan said. Liana makes sure the question Director Evan made was for the woman.

Evan chuckled, he dodged and then explained if Evan wanted to take Liana to lunch at the restaurant. Of course not a date. "No ... not a date," said Evan trying to straighten out the words earlier. "I want lunch at the restaurant, maybe it makes the brain fresher and releases stress."

Liana's smile fades, she curses herself. Why is she expecting a date with Evan? "Aha ..." Liana embarrassed.

Evan was more embarrassed, and he had dared to ask, is this a date or not. The question was spontaneous when they sat in a restaurant not far from the office.

"I'm just asking because I don't know," said Evan honestly.

"I know." Liana chuckled at Evan's embarrassed expression and red face, the man, tried to explain. "I thought you invite me date."

"Really? Maybe next time a date."

Now, Liana's cheeks flushed red, Evan's words made Liana's heart flutter.
