140 - Overnight

Lola locked the door from behind as she walked into the bedroom. A soft melody drifted through the window into the room from the street below. On nice evenings such as this, Lola would stand by the open window, which gives a nice view of Rosewoods, and just stare, but tonight, she was not in the mood.

She slumped down on the comfy already-made bed and stuffed her face in the pillow. Tonight was meant to be spent reminiscing about old high school memories with Noah Sanchez and reeling in the less than three hours late news that she was now officially Noah’s girlfriend. So how did things get so crazy? How could her own best girlfriend be in love with her?

“Jeez!.” Lola mumbled, feeling lost. She turned over on the bed and propped herself up in her arms. But Aria?… There must have been signs right?
