Richard Kings woke up to a call from the last person he thought would ever reach out to him, Lola.

For an anti-social introvert, his excitement was over the limit and so was his anxiousness as he sat patiently in a private restaurant that he had booked specially for their meeting on his insistence.

His girl arrived barely nine minutes later, looking every inch as beautiful and familiar as she had been from the very first time he laid his eyes on her on that stage in Rosewoods Theater, a perfect replica of her mother.

Lola greeted as he pulled out a seat for her. In her hands were a scarf, a nose mask, and sunglasses which she might have removed on her way in, reminding Richard of the reason why he had booked such a private place for their meeting in the first place.
