Scott did it to make sure his suspicious was correct. The video is blurred, but he knows Xavier too well, and was certain he was the one.

But since Xavier denied it, he decided to use the press, and upload the video on the internet pointing fingers at him. As expected, Xavier came to him, which confirmed he was right.

Xavier took it from him and looked down at the poster. A smile found its way to his lips, and he lifted his head up to look at him.

"You must be good I guess, to catch Mr cho, there's a reward for it? Justice will be served soon. You should dig in more, perhaps you will find his where about."

"Thanks to you, I got to know Mr Cho is the murderer. If you had not dropped frank, I wouldn't have known."
