“What do you mean?” Asked Andy again as the doctor stayed shut. The doctor then invited Andy inside the curtain and closed it, to prevent Andy and Sara from people's eyes as he did not know what to expect after the truth was unveiled.
Sara was still on the bed, gazing on the other side. She did not know how to face Andy.
“She's not pregnant.” The doctor told the truth.
Andy's eyes widened and his jaw dropped. He could not wrap his head around the fact that he just learned.
“She's… She's not pregnant?!” Andy was shocked and his eyes were shaking. A mix of angry and miserable feelings all combined in both his heart and head, still in disbelief after hearing the doctor's statement.
