“It seems like you’ve failed this one, Tatiana” Kyle said looking at his lover, or in other words, slave.
She let out a silent laugh before raising an eyebrow at him, her eyes studying his expression as she waited for him to insult her one more time. She knew that he could do nothing at this point, he too has failed their boss’s assignment.
“It seems like a cat bit your tongue? Or has seeing your daughter softened you up?”
“Oh, please, you of all people know that it was always you who had a soft side toward the girl.
