I led her to my car where my driver had just arrived at the roadside. Shielding her from the rain, I hugged her body close to mine making sure she was warm and protected.

“Are you alright?” I asked her while we were in the car. My hands were warming her cold ones. I smiled at her, and she smiled back. That had warmed my heart.

Seeing her look into my eyes, made my heartbeat faster. She was beautiful even when her makeup had smudged on her pretty face from her tears. And she did not even realise that.

I did not mind at all. The mother of my children was the most beautiful woman in my eyes.

“Hatchuu!”

“You should not have come to me in the rain. You are getting a fever, Honey. I don’t want that” I then asked the driver to drive us faster to get to my house. I needed her to get out from those wet dress of hers soon or she would fall sick.

“I’m fine, Sebastian” She sighed and placed her cold hand on my cheek, “You were going to leave me. I don’t want that”

“Oh, Honey.
