I pressed on the pedal to drive faster to a location where my father thought my son would be. “The Wishing Tree? Are you sure?”

What a load full of crap! I could not believe my father made my son believe in such a legend that was clearly a made-up thing for tourists.

“He is just a boy. One day, he’ll forget all about it”

“Dad, you are giving him a false hope!”

“Oh, come on son. As if you did not believe about the wishing tree in the past”

“No, I did not. A whole load of crap you tried to make me believe in”

He laughed and patted my shoulders, “Chill, my boy. You are so tense. What made you become to be such a serious man? Where is that little fun boy I used to know? My little Beanie boy”

“Dad!” I sighed and shook my head, “I’m 32 years old. Not a little boy anymore. I have responsibilities and Samuel is my priority”

“Alright, alright! Relax. You’ll find him. Don’t worry. My grandson is stronger than he looks. I’m sure he is safe” my father and his positive thinking
