Chapter 71: Beautiful Girl

"Oh, Ms. Thompson. Come on, don't stand there, have a seat," the dean said, beaming with delight.

Diana was a bit perplexed. She thought maybe Ava had come to report something to the dean, but apparently not.

"Well, it's like this..." the dean coughed slightly, "I have a granddaughter who used to study at the Curtis Institute of Music. She found it boring there and came back to Cloud City University. She's also majoring in piano, and I wanted you to meet her."

The dean was suddenly filled with pride at the mention of his own granddaughter. His little girl was also a genius. He wondered who was more talented, his granddaughter or Diana.

With this thought, the dean became excited and led Diana to the piano room.

"She's already here, waiting for you in the piano room," the dean said as he dragged Diana along. "My granddaughter's name is Leah Phillips. She's so beautiful and the most amazing thing is that she's knowledgeable, gentle, and generous.
