Episode 4 - Drunk With Asher

First off, if anyone had told me I’d be alone with Asher at my house, I’d have probably dismissed you and told you off for saying gibberish. But here was I, with Asher; the college’s heartthrob. Believe me, I had no idea of what to do, what to say or don’t do. I mean who did, knowing you were under the watchful eyes of your most beloved?

Most beloved huh?

Oh, piss off!

I told my mind.

I knew I had to make a move; I knew I had to do something to trigger his attention. This was all because of my attempt to convince him to show up at the karaoke party. So, I decided to say something. Perhaps, it all couldn’t be a bad idea after all?

“Do you really hate females?” I asked out of the blue. I saw him narrow his eyes at me with a dismissive expression. His facial structures were all entitled in a frown like he was so disgusted with me talking to him.

“You,” he started out.

“Don’t talk to me,” he ordered.

My gaze twisted to the floor as I looked down, slightly embarrassed. I nudged my fingers together before deciding to start talking again.

I sure wasn’t going down this time without a fight.

“Thank you for that day,” I told him only to meet his stern expression again. I saw him grit his teeth at the fact that I just said something again. He grabbed a bottle of alcohol from the table and poured some into a cup.

He directed it forward to me, through the table. My brows arched at this as I wondered what exactly he was up to.

“Drink it.” he told me with a lot of dominance radiating from him. My eyes moved to his pierced lips and nose, which I had just noticed this evening. And, also his pierced tongue. I wondered how he was comfortable with that too.

“W-Why?” I stammered out.

“Cause it'd keep your mouth occupied and you'll not be talking to me.” Asher said, dismissively.

If that was what he wanted, I'll do it. Perhaps, if I listened to his requests, he'll be more passive when it was time to ask my request.

I thought.

I weakly took the cup and gulped the entire contents down my throat. I let out a groan at how the alcohol burned my throat. The taste wasn’t even pleasant so I wondered what people enjoyed in it.

“Done.” I said, dropping the cup directly in front of him. He just stared at the wine glass I had dropped with a blank expression on his face. I stood up, picking up the bottle of alcohol on the table. The next thing I did was pour more alcohol into the wine glass.

I gulped the entire contents down my throat again.

Perhaps, I hadn’t drank enough to his satisfaction.

“If I were you, I won’t drink too much of that.” He voiced out. Just as he did, I felt my head starting to become light headed. It was as if I was floating around…

“W-hy?” I asked.

“You could loose your head, Phoebe.” I loved how he pronounced my name. It made me feel so special.

“Why would I? You know what, why don’t you drink some too? You always seem so stuck-up and unapproachable. Perhaps, it would help your irritating personality.” I spat out without warning, wondering what was happening to me.

My mouth was just going so loosely for my liking. It should be the drink.

I saw his hands ball into a fist which made his knuckles to turn red. He took a glance at the bottle then back at me. Asher didn’t even bother pouring the alcohol into the cup. He gulped it all directly from the bottle. The most disturbing thing was that the entire time he drank it, his gaze were focused head-on me.

I felt goosebumps rattle through my skin at his action.

“You wanna play a game? Then let’s play,” he spat out. Asher took the other bottle of alcohol which at the other side of the table his dad sat on. He uncorked the alcohol and poured some into the wine glass, dragging it out to me.

“Let’s see who drinks more,” Asher sinfully said.

Believe me, I got warning signs in my head. That I should just back off and forget about it all. But, I was never the type to back down. I still had to convince him to come to the karaoke party.

And, how was I supposed to do that if I didn’t get on his familiar side?

Thus, I grabbed the cup and took another larger gulp. This went on for a long period of time. In fact, we both emptied about six bottles in the long run. By the time we did that, we were so worn out. I silently regretted ever agreeing to this challenge.

“I’m never going to drink again.” I told him drunkenly, with my head rested on the table, also facing him. He looked perfect and tugged this night. He gave out a large burp before he even started talking. Asher stood up from his seat, walking up to me.

“You are sure something, Phoebe… “ he trailed out.

“Wha- What are you talking about?” I asked, furrowing my brows. It seemed like he was two… ok, he was one.

Asher didn’t reply my question. Instead, he pulled me up from my seat all of a sudden. He was taller than me and I felt like a little kid in his hands.

I felt so connected with him. And, I saw his gaze flicker to my cleavage. There was pure lust ridden in his eyes. With his hands on my wrists, I felt them tickle my skin for some reason.

My eyes directed to his lips that instant. I bit my lips at the thought of having them in mine. His whole body was just so tempting… His tattoos, his piercings, his good looks, everything, everything.

“I warned you not to talk to me,” My lips parted even more to say something.

“Ash-“

“You’ve been such a bad girl, Phoebe.” He started out.

“Ash-“

“Just wait because I’m going to punish you accordingly.” He told me.
