CHAPTER 87. NOT SATISFIED

Angelina stepped into Alex's house, ahead of Alex who was still parking his car in the garage.

What a mess.

That was the first thing that caught Angelina's eye. Granted, it hadn't been cleaned up yet because Alex had to rush Angelina to the hospital, and then go see Roy to make a calculation. Alex didn't have time to return home again.

Seeing such a chaotic situation made Angelina freeze because she was reminded of something that almost traumatized her.

Alex followed in and found Angelina standing a few steps from the door. Alex did not comment, just let it go and waited for what reaction Angelina would show.

Angelina let out a long breath. Slowly the girl ventured to step closer to the chaos area. Angelina squatted down, preparing to clean up the ceramic splinters that had hurt her head which was currently still wrapped in bandages. But Alex immediately caught the girl's wrist, making Angelina stop her movements. Alex also pulled Angelina to her feet.
