Lapse of Feelings

With great difficulty, she sat up. A whimper escaped her when she felt the soreness in her tender part.

She decided to sleep the pain away and mustering all her strength slid up her bed.

She slowly laid on her back and draped an arm over her eyes.

A soft knock made her jerk her head in that direction. She let out a huff and sat up. The knock came again and she slid off her bed with a wince. She made her way towards the door and opened it. A woman in her mid-forties was standing in front of her. Without saying anything, she extended her hand towards her holding a jar.

"Hadar sent it for you. He said it will ease the pain," the woman nudged the jar in her direction. She took it from her a little confused. Since when Hadar started caring about her pain. The woman turned and left.

She locked her door back and applied the ointment. It worked like a magic and she felt her soreness dissipating. Or maybe the potion was magic.
