A knock at the door the next morning made me practically jump out of bed and speak to the front door, almost knocking Roselyn to the ground.

I opened the door and sighed in relief when I saw Jackson standing at the door unscathed.

"Klien is in the hospital right now," he answered, "He's badly injured after taking a shot from a rogue."
