Everyone was staring and listening to the confrontation on stage. Those that could not understand the language, asked for help. They were invested, no one wanted to leave without hearing the full gist. Indeed the circle lived for the gossip, the scandal, and everything defaming each other.

‘’Leslie, don't you think you consider yourself rather too important? Why would I waste time and energy on someone like you?’’ Jane asked, her lips curved in a smile. She did not have much time to pull such a nasty trick on someone as low as her.

Her actions and everything had brought her to this point and she was not willing to be yet another stepstone she used to clear her name. Jane was done helping, yes she had never wanted to or wished for it but her presence alone had helped Leslie, she had confirmed it.

But that was about to end. Leslie stepped back, the lights shining in her eye did not make her good. Since no one knew of her or was talking and praising her like they did Jane she was more
