There's a second of awkward silence as Amara exits the room. I refrain from letting out a sigh, trying to maintain my mask of indifference. I know she's going to try and forget her problems by sleeping, but we have to face this head on. I'll talk to her. Hopefully Sophie will help too. To no surprise, Violet and Sophie immediately became best friends-Selene save us all.
