Two of the Marines stood outside of the lockers as Ashleigh got dressed just in case Tom Kardel should return. She hadn't asked them to do it, but was happy because that man had been totally unhinged. Ashleigh saw that she had a message from the guard at The Homeland Security Office so she got dressed and quickly thanked the men standing guard for her. Christopher was anxious to get home. Besides, Ashleigh had no food in her house. Sunday at his folks' was a celebration; of his return, of their pregnancy and of their engagement. He was pleasantly surprised when he learned that Ashleigh had been coming to visit each Sunday, even without him.
