Chapter 30

Beatrice lifted the apple-like map and frowned when she looked down the floor to see apples around...close to the small tree that had the signs on it.

"Isn't this the same path?"

"Father Jude, do you think they might have shifted the place?"

"It says to have Patience. It is here somewhere."

Picking up her dress that was sweeping the ground filled with dry leave, she began to walk to the forest where the Lord and the rest were going as well.

The forest was a beautiful place that had large trees with canopies that covered the sky.

Birds chirping could be heard as they walked deeper into the forest, following the map.

They got to a place and Beatrice stopped to see the Lord staring at a tree.

"Is there a problem Milord?"

"Hmm. This tree seems off. This is the first time seeing such a huge tree in Viscoria." The Lord answered, staring at the wide roots it had.

It had long roots and branches that came out of the ground, making the surroundings look like an evil yard.
