Chapter 63

Two days had passed and the Lord was back in his mansion.

The wounds had healed up and he was fine as if nothing had happened at all.

"Aren't you going home, Beatrice?" His lips curved into a smile as he watched her drop another book on the table.

For the past two days, she had begun to read strange books and he was getting quite interested.

"I had another dream," Beatrice mumbled, her lips narrowing to see how the Lord would react but he nodded, pushing himself from the wall to come close to the table to see the book, a small knife, and the sword that belonged to her family.

"Do tell me about it." He said, staring at her and she nodded.

"I saw my mother and she was doing this. A part of me thinks it's not a dream but a..." She hesitated.

"Past. Her past." The Lord completed having her nod.

"So you want to do all she did to check if it would work at all."

"I feel like she's trying to let me know something. How to wake up the sword." Beatrice mumbled, staring at the sword th
