This time was even worse. The soul departed from the body, becoming a wandering ghost in the Green Forest Pack.

Arista remembered a phrase her master once said, feeling it truly fitting for the current situation: “Truly unfortunate.”

Arista hugged her trembling arms, looking around. Levi’s body had disappeared, and his soul was nowhere to be found. After the soul left the body, she didn’t know if the reapers of the underworld took her down to the underworld, but thinking back, perhaps even the reapers couldn’t come here, not even many beings in the heavens and earth knew of this place. Arista had never heard her primary mention this place.
