Chapter Forty Five

I thought, as I started walking over to Charlotte house. Immediately I arrived at Charlotte's door, I smiled before knocking at the door.

After a while the door was opened by Charlotte, and she looked surprised to see me there. I thought she would be excited but there was no sign of excitement in her face.

"Charlotte, is this bad timing or what?" I asked, as I couldn't hold it in anymore.

"No, come in." She just said, and left the way for me to go in.

"Ok," I sighed softly, and slowly walked into her house, as she offered me a seat.

I sat down but I don't really feel comfortable with her attitude, but I decided to just ignore it. Maybe there was something else bothering her, so I shouldn't be too judgemental for now.I thought.

"So what can I offer you?" Charlotte finally asked me.

"I think a glass of water is fine." I told her.

"Ok, I will be right back." She told me, and quickly walked out of the sitting room, while I just relaxed back on the couch as I waited for her.
