Chapter Ninety nine

Damien's POV;

I saw the news and the next thing that crossed my mind was to go straight to San Diego but I was so tied down with work and I couldn't make the trip. A week had gone by so fast and I still hadn't gotten any free time.

I had confronted Brianna and even begged her to let me know where Ariana had gone to and she refused to divulge such information claiming she could not betray Ariana's trust as a friend and it was so frustrating that no matter what I offered her, she would not budge.

Well now, I didn't need her help anymore. As long as I knew she was in San Diego and she didn't move from there, it was going to be an easy ride from here onwards. I was stuck in my study worrying about what my next move would be when I heard a shrill scream.

"Damien!" That was Aleena. I ignored it. I did not have the energy for her attention seeking drama.

After a while, I heard my name again.

"Damien!" That was my mom. I sat up.

I'm sorry for the baby but I'm so glad Aleena can't use the baby to stay with Damien! She didn't care about that baby anyway drinking while pregnant she would have been a terrible mother. it's for the best. Will she tell Damien the truth?? time will tell!!!!! As for Ariana that's going to take time!
