Chapter 83 - The diversion

Nico refused to let go of the rogue’s leg. He was still feeling weak. With all his residual power in him, he grabbed on tightly to his thigh.

The man gritted his teeth. He gestured for the other guy to go up and he swiftly punched him in the nose. “You……”

“Nico!!!” Dylan’s distant scream was heard.

Laying on the doorway, he glanced at his beloved tearing into the rogue’s body. Blood splattered everywhere.

He was ruthless.

Nico crawled up and leaned against the door. One of his hands still held the man’s leg, refusing to let go.

“Shit you are just asking for it now…” The rogue cussed under his breath and was about to hit him again.

But Nico grabbed his collar and pulled him down. His brown eyes glowed a bright shade of bloody red. “you listen to me…..” he coughed.

His blood lust could keep the rogue in a trance if he was in his prime condition, but now he was poisoned his powers had also been reduced.

The rogue broke free of the trance in just a second and tried to run up.
