Chapter 55 : Trying To See Alpha Oswald

Carly was in her room reading a novel when Eva brought in a tray that contained a glass of water and a bottle of wine.

She stretched the glass of water for Carly to drink, and she collected it and drank it all in one gulp.

“Thanks,” She muttered and stretched back an empty cup for her to return to the kitchen.

“Be strong,” Eva flashed her a beautiful smile and was on her way out with the tray when Carly stopped her.

“Who has that wine?” She pointed at the bottle of wine in her presence and raised her brows.

“It’s for his highness, he has sent for it,” She said and wanted to leave when Carly suddenly went to block her with her hands and gave a pleading look.

“What happened?” Eva was utterly confused.

“Give it to me, let me serve it to him on your behalf,” Carly pleaded and Eva’s eyes widened.

She knew it was an offense for another person to serve the Alpha if he had asked someone else to do it, but because of the love and respect she had for Carly, she was willing to do it.
