Benjamin has been behaving strange. He has been more quiet than usual and quite a bit clingy. I found it cute but I couldn't help feeling like he was behaving like this because of some negative reason.

Was it because of his private conversation with Prince Alfred? Despite Benjamin's claims that they did not talk about anything of much importance, I did not believe him.

Although I felt that way, I figured that it would be unfair of me not to give him the benefit of the doubt. We were traveling back to our home tomorrow so, maybe he was feeling homesick?

I looked up from my hands, that were folded on my lap, and looked through the window of the carriage. The Queen invited us to go into town with her this afternoon. It was quite a strange request from someone who did not spend any leisure time with us, but she explained that it was for the sake of getting us souvenirs and I could never say no to some shopping.
