Allison left to go take the kids to school including my sister's kids as we have a very long and draining day ahead. I walked over to my mother's quarters and she was reading a book watching her boyfriend make a little breakfast for them. Amar started dating my mother a few months back, he was her bodyguard, and although I didn't like the idea, he was keeping her happy and that was fine with me. He left me and my mother to talk after giving me a plate as well, my mother was happy and I could see it on her face and I wasn't going to take that from her, since she lost dad, she was a mess but she is okay now and I can see that. My mother looked at me and said, "Spill it, Cayden, you don't usually have breakfast with me unless it is important," and I apologized because I was busy a lot and missed out on spending time with her.
