Jack and I jogged down the stairs, taking them in twos as we headed to the door but granny's next words stopped us.

“Thought you weren't going out, aren't you livid?” She asked and Jack chuckled. “Of course he is granny but we have to head somewhere really important, you'll know when we get back.” Jack replied and I was grateful for that.

I'm not sure I could reply granny. Anything I say, she always supports Allysa, it's just as if I'm her in law and Allysa is her granddaughter.

Jack and I walked out and got into his car,of course he didn't let me drive, claiming I could take lives in the state which I am.

“So what are you gonna tell her when you get to her place?” Jack asked.

“Why she never informed me she was pregnant, why she kept my child away for so many years, why she kept me in the dark. I need answers to all these and I'm gonna get them, trust me.”
