Prince Zane wasn't letting Aria go. He stood in front of her, blocking her path. Aria wanted to push him and run away. If she was able to move without any noise which was close to being impossible for her, perhaps then she could escape. Besides that, his two guard dogs were waiting outside for him. Pushing Prince Zane with those two dogs outside could end up turning into a capital crime.

Aria turned her gaze to King Kaida, hoping that he could help her, but King Kaida had gone back to resting on his couch the same way she met him when she first came into his office.
