"Now I understand why king Kaida pick you to be prince Zane fiance. You may not be that charming but you still have your good qualities, one only his highness can see in you, more than the rest of us."

"Thanks...I guess."

There was nothing good about me. Whatever Erika was thinking about me wasn't true. If she was going to start seeing me in a new light, it would be good if only she could properly see me for who I truly am.

"You are doing this just for the money?" I rinse a clothes and kept it in a large bowl along with some other clothes.

Erika laugh, "my Lady it's the same reason I take care of you or do any other things I hate in this world."

Just when I thought we were connecting, Erika gave me one of her backbiting remarks. She was too free with me, I have seen the way she acted with other nobles, it was filled with respect, her behavior towards me was different. Was it because I was human?
