"Are you sure?" Sam asked again.

"Of course, their cars are here already" she announced again.

"Okay, Alice. You need to calm down, okay? Just take a deep breath and calm yourself down. You can do this" I mentally said to myself.

I looked at myself one last time in the mirror before we all sauntered downstairs with my friends in my front while I was left at the back for a reason best known to them.

We got to the living room and I heard his voice asking after me. "where's Alice?"

"Oh! Lover boy is eager to see his girl, huh?" Sofia teased. I could tell he just rolled his eyes at her right now.

"Don't tell me, she isn't dressed yet? She has enough time to get herself dressed, I'm sure, you're the reason why it took her this long before getting dressed. She's never this type who wants to look extravagant" he said but, I do not know who he's accusing though.

"Hey, don't you dare accuse my wife. Don't forget, you're in my house"
