"My people, we have a confession to make. The ceremony we held to resurrect our son was not real. It was a lie, a charade, a way to keep him safe from the rogue wolves who had kidnapped him."

The room fell silent as the truth sank in. People began to murmur and whisper, and I could see the fear in their eyes. They had trusted us, and we had lied to them.
