When I woke up from sleep the next morning with my face so dry of tears like I haven't cried before in a while and it was also void of any emotion, I was just staring at the ceiling without moving as everything replayed in my head, dad, mom and Michael were gone and I was never seeing them again, how much more unfair could life be?

I had hoped that everything was nothing but a really bad dream, a nightmare but who was I kidding, I woke up in an hospital, so it was definitely not a dream. I tried to prevent myself from remembering mom's ruined face and that of dad's, I also tried to forget Michael's weight on me as he whispered his last words, but if I succeeded in putting everything behind me, I couldn't put Michael's own behind, my brother, my everything!

I thought that there was no more tears left in my eyes but I lied, as I began to feel the tears descending from my eyes even with my cold expression and I remembered how Michael was acting weird and different in the morni
