CHAPTER 10: ONE HOT NIGHT

She received a call from Mr. MC or better known now as Clayton, Red's older brother. That's why he was called MC because his full name is Markus Clayton.

She already told him about her decision to accept his offer. He seemed to be expecting her answer to his offer because he also confirmed that he had already talked to her stepfather's family.

The man let her stepfather's family sign the papers to remove the charges and that was what Clayton showed to his friend who erased her mother's records. Clayton did not say how much he paid the victim.

She was nervous while riding the taxi. Even though she was nervous it did not escape her observation that the taxi was not going to the condo but to Red's and Clayton's house!

She asked the driver but that seemed to be Clayton's instruction. Immediately someone opened the gate for her. The helper accompanied her inside. One of the housekeepers took her to a room. She let her in there and closed the bedroom door after leaving.
