The Desire - 17. Andrew

It was Thursday when I was back to my old apartment where I stayed in the downtown city area a few months back and sold my body for money.

I had told Andrew that I was packing my stuff for my campus apartment. Though he wanted to accompany me, but I insisted on doing it myself. While in reality I was ashamed and wanted to close that chapter of my life and get back to him soonest.

"I'm just finishing off on a couple more boxes. And I'm actually meeting Peyton later on tonight."

"Oh...I thought you're coming straight back?" he sounded disappointed and it made me smile as I talked to him.

"I was, but then Peyton called,"

"Why would she call you?"

"She was asking about a job."

Andrew sounded irritated as if he wanted me to come back that same day.

"Maybe I should pick you up?"

"Andrew, I brought my own car..."

"I can take the bus, then get a taxi to your place. I'll meet you there, just text me
