It’s break time. Sheena and Chelsea quickly approached me right after our last period in the morning. Raylie went outside of the room while he was on his phone.
“Gosh! Your face! Does it hurt?” Sheena asked worriedly.
“Of course it hurts! Can’t you see? It’s all bruised.” Chelsea exclaimed. “What did your Mom say about what happened?”
“She’s not home.” I said while putting my things inside my bag. “My sister didn’t see my face either. I managed to hide it.”
“Why would you hide it?” Chelsea snapped. “You should tell them what’s going on.”
“Nah! I don’t want them to worry.”
“And they will just be surprised that you’re hospitalized? Is that what you want?” Sheena got frustrated.
I sighed. “Those students will get tired of bullying me. I’ll just let it pass.”
