I opened my eyes and found myself laying on lush green grass.
“Awake?” A person’s voice next to me scared the shit out of me and I sat up with lightning speed, “Are you alright?”
I shot my head to the side to see who it was and then paused. Besides me, about a foot away, was a man crouched down. A man with an otherworldly aura, his hair as white as freshly fallen snow and his eyes a mesmerizing shade of green that seemed to hold secrets of their own.
As my gaze met his, a sense of awe washed over me.
“Little Miss?” He waved his hand in front of me
