Lore, Arvin, Maurice, and I are gathered in the cafeteria. The stupid couple had reconciled. All is well, Dean and I are also stable, our last conversation was before I left his unit. I informed him that I was going to school but there was no reply and he hadn't even seen it.

“Are you coming with Liah and Maurice? They will celebrate Christmas and the new year with us,” said Arvin carrying a tray of burgers and chocolate drinks.
"I don't know. I'll let you know if mommy allowed me to travel alone."
