"So you're not going to wish me a happy birthday?" I asked

We're currently parking my car at McDonalds 24 Hours. The whole ride here was totally silent. None of us let our voice out , it's a really intense silence.

"How's your trip? Are you tired?" I asked but still not getting any answer from her. She looked tired , her eye bags were so visible , she looked thinner than before and she's literally a zombie.

"Autumn.. can you at least nod or shake your head?" I said and she sighed

"Next year , give me time until next year. I will quit being an actress" She suddenly said and I found myself smiling but I know I won't let her do that. It's her dream and it's her career.. I've thought about it and I can't be selfish
