CHAPTER FORTY-SEVEN

Luisa’s POV

“What did the master say when you told him? Was he angry with you?” Jenny asked. We were sitting in a love park in the college, trying to come up with ideas for our assignment. The assignment was essential and due to be submitted soon, but all Jenny cared about at the moment was Kingston’s reaction when I told him about Derek.

It was unusual of me, but since she was delaying our work. I decided to tease her too. I feigned sad, “You know, I didn’t want to tell him. You were the one who convinced me to tell him, and now he is angry with me.”

She raised a brow and sighed softly, “I don’t believe you. I don’t think there is anything you can do to make the master angry with you.”

I puffed, “That’s because you weren’t there to see his reaction when I told him about Derek.”

She wasn’t convinced, “Just cut the act. I know you are teasing me. If he had reacted the way you claimed, you would have come back home crying that day. I know you that much.”
