One year later, Scotland.

Once Catherine awakened and sat up, the rays of sun streaming in through the windows immediately blinded her. Her vision was blurry and her hair was a mess as she yawned and tried to get her thoughts together.

i feel like this story jumps from one place to the next and its not cohesive. it gets a little confusing. sorry had to stop reading

Sort out your "he" "she" "hers" "his", makes the dialogue hard to follow.
