I'M DOING THIS FOR US

Angelica enjoyed the way Reggie acted towards me while Brown stood on his seat as the atmosphere was getting intense and I wasn't ready to accept the fact that Reggie was engaged to his partner.

"Reggie, look at me, look at my face… I'm Maya, she's Angelica! She's the enemy. Have you forgotten the promise we had to each other? Reggie…." My bones felt like they were breaking and burning at the same time.

His actions broke my heart badly. I might die if he doesn't cut this out. It's a prank, right?

"Ugh… will you just shut up already? Accept it, he's in love with me, and not you!" Angelica yelled, leaning on Reggie's arms.

My breath hitched in my throat, seeing them all loved up like couples. I cried until there were no tears left to cry.

"That's not true! - What has she done to you? - What drink did you give to my husband?" I tried to tell his hand, but she got in between us.

She crossed her arms with a smirk on her face.

"Reggie, say something - it's me you love, right?"
