I was disappearing into the thoughts of Mister Ross having been hiding about his daughter. He never hid anything but one thing was, he seldom talked about his family to anyone.

I was starting to think he always treated me like his daughter because he had this guilty haunting him. Except for work, there were times he called me 'child' and it always warmed me.

Even though I knew the pain Oliver felt, I still had this feeling that Mister Ross was not as bad as Oliver made him look. Maybe shit happened back then that I don't know, but for those three years, I never had a thing to make me see Mister Ross differently.

Now I knew why Oliver hated his father.

I was quietly staring outside with Oliver focused on the road. We were going home after spending an hour or two at Mrs. Ben's place.

I admit there was this immense tension between us. A cloud of desire, one that was crazy enough to make me want him. I wondered how he was doing it, making my body react to him.
