CHAPTER 23 - Ice cream

The car ride, just like any other ride with Ashley, was silent, but this time around, Liam was the only one who couldn't bear it. Thomas had a lot on his mind, mainly because of the question that his son had asked Ashley that morning.

He knew it was only a matter of time before his son started recognizing the need for a mother, but he didn't think it was going to be so soon.

Thomas parents have been asking him to move on and start dating someone else, but he couldn't bring himself to do so.
