Chapter Sixty Nine

Zoey woke up later at noon and met herself in one of the rooms on the ship but she couldn't find Jimmy by her side. 

She sat up and remembered the reason why she was there and could not help but cry. 

She couldn't believe her best friend was dead. No matter how much she tried to pull herself together and not cry, she just couldn't do it, she really couldn't. 

She and Sheila had had a lot of dreams and hope for the future, and they were finally achieving them. 

She was married to Jimmy now and Sheila was supposed to get engaged to Mr Derrick and then get married, that was the way the whole thing was supposed to be but now Sheila was gone, just gone. She had left them without any explanation, and it really hurt, it hurt so deeply.

Jimmy came in on Zoey crying and honestly, he couldn't even scold her and tell her not to cry anymore. She was in so much pain, and he was too. He was only trying to keep himself together.
