Meet my friend

It had been a week since he left the hospital, but there still wasn't any news on the mysterious woman. Liam clenched his fists feeling angry, he had to take things into his hands.

Just as he picked his phone, an incoming call came in from his sister, making him mentally facepalm himself for forgetting yet again about her friend.

He had been away for a business trip and hadn't had time to check the details through.

“Siz, what's up?” He greeted cockily as he braced himself for the havoc that Amber would release on him.

“Li, I heard you're back, my friend's coming in today, I hope you're ready to interview her?” Amber chirped through the phone excitedly.

Liam smiled at her jovial mood. “One day you'll kill your brother, you won't even let me breathe New York air in peace? Now I'm curious about this friend,” Liam teased as he opened the drawer, pulling out the folder.
