Chapter Fifteen

Leo reached home before dinner time. He opened the door and was surprised to see Alina Already came home and was watching TV in the hall. He wasn't expected to see her till night.

“You came earlier today? How is your day Dove?” He asked her normally, taking a seat beside her. He caressed her warm cheek and got close to her.

“I had a nice day Leo, how's your day? You went out after a long time, I hope you had a fun time”. She asked him with a sarcastic tone. He arched his eyebrow seeing how angry she sounded. Now what happens this time? What did he mess up? Then he tried to talk with her in a calming tone.

“I had a nice time too, I was quite bored being in the house the whole day. I miss going to the office, but you won't let me go to work until you think it's okay to go. So such a short outing helped me to fix my mind”.
