Family trouble

David's POV.

I didn't want to disturb Peace's sleep so I just took her straight to the room without looking at anyone. I laid peace on the bed carefully and covered her up. I kissed her forehead and headed out.

I went back to the living room and as soon as I entered all eyes were on me. It was like they were shocked and mad at same time.

" Hi Dad, hi Mom". I greeted my parents and opened her arms for a hug.

" Hi ". I greeted her as we hugged and I kissed her cheeks. I really missed her and her childish acts , looking at my family right now I could see how much we had drifted from each other.

They didn't bring the kids along with them so that's to know that this is a serious matter. I took my seat and looked towards my dad and asked.
