I pulled up to Jillie’s house a few minutes later. I rang the doorbell, and Teya answered the door with a bright smile. It seemed she was always in a good mood.
“Hey, honey. Come on in,” she said, stepping aside for me to enter.
“Hey Teya, how are you?”
“I’m doing good, sweetie, and yourself?”
