Dark grey clouds are looming over them. From afar streaks of lightning are drawing lines on the clouds thicker and darker than those above them. They walked past dense forest and huge and small rivers, but they are not almost there.

“We have to get going,” Alpha Lachlan uttered while analysing the dark clouds accompanied by the cold air brushing on the tiny hairs on their skin.

“Shouldn’t we find a place to take shelter, Alpha?” Nyx voiced out her opinion. “I think it is not just a simple rain. I mean look at how dark the clouds are… I am sure it is going to be a violent storm.”

“But, Mari is not yet awake…” Alpha Lachlan worriedly shook his head. He wanted to sweep the other thoughts running on his mind. He seriously wanted to focus on her. It has been hours since she fell into the state of unconsciousness; the problem is they haven't given her the medical attention she needs other than the first aid they gave her. “Let's run. We will get there before the storm hits.”
